B. Ganga Raju: The Supreme Court gets holidays for Holi and Good Friday upto 27th. So only 4 working days in 3/16, 19 days in 4/16 and 10 days in 5/16 will be available for us BEFORE SUMMER VACATION. The count is excluding Sundays and Saturdays. So it is necessary to prevent the GOI/LIC from seeking adjournments and see that the case moves on. So from now to summer vacation only 33 days. Hope our case managers factor this into their strategy.

R.K.ViSWANATHAN: Are we really on top of the Board. It is like a zig zag. When miscellaneous items take precedence what is on top comes to the bottom on that day. Should we presume that on 17 th the bottom will come to the top and no more zig zag.
