Mr BR Mehta has raised a PERTINENT question. When a decision was taken by the AIRIEF Legal Committee as far back as June 2015 why no follow up action was taken by the concerned leaders for over 6 months and what is the reason to file application for impleadment at the fag end of the final stage of hearing in the SC. This belated action may further delay the final decision on our case in SC.
