Let's take a step or two forward

There is no question of out of court settlement. The tagged cases are within reach of final destination. The cases shall be decided by the Hon. Justice Shri Dipak Misra (and ....) of the Apex Court of the country, hopefully, in next two / three months. All the learned counsellors of Jaipur, Delhi or Chandigarh have been pleading for their petitioners and in consequence, for ultimate good of all LIC pensioners. All seems to be going well notwithstanding unjustifiable delays because of unhelpful attitude of GOI/LIC and notwithstanding some angry sparks on certain occasions among the known veterans.

The suggestions made in "Do's and Don'ts" was to take advantage of time at our disposal to resolve the pending issues (not matters sub - judice) listed therein, among others - with the management by the joint approach by the leaders of in-service and retired employees.
