G. NaryanaswamyI share the agony and sentiments expressed in the tear-jerking etc letter of my friend rkv.

Laws grind the poor and rich men rule the law. In most of the cases in India the State is the respondent. High-sounding philosophy in the Justice delivery system is a myth. Laws delay is proverbial, taking years to get decided.

Let us hope for a favorable verdict, mustering up all our courage. Placing our faith on the impartiality of the system Our faith on the basic ethics of governance is always there. Therefore talk of out-of-court settlement. May God - the ultimate dispenser of all laws - give us what is lawfully and ethically due. On the New Year. More than that LIC implements the verdict without further delays.
