Sir,

Judgment by Supreme Court for pension to resigned employees
- may support appeal in Supreme Court for 100% neutralization of dearness relief

Referring to our telephonic talk earlier, I forward herewith a soft copy of the above referred judgment obtained by a resigned employee of LIC. We are going to submit this in High Court of Gujarat to support our pending petition for pension to resignees.

If you will go through the judgment, you will find that some of the important ratios up-held therein will be useful to strengthen your case pending in Supreme Court for 100% DA neutralization. If deemed proper, please place it to the notice of the Advocate pleading your matter in the Apex Court.

With due regards,

Yours sincerely,
B.G.Raithatha,
General Secretary
