Shri K Madan Mohan Rao's observation in Chat n
Chat in regard to Shri K Vijayprasad's pension anomaly (problem) are
valid. Thanks to him for his prompt response as it is not advisable for
me to misguide others. Shri Vijayprasad may see Shri Rao's remarks. He
may give details of his new basic pension.
Had there been a rule (like in GOI) that the
pension will be the last basic drawn or ten months average which is more
beneficial to the employee, would have been better.
I shall revert back on the problem of Shri VP's after Deepavali, after a week.
