Kindly refer today's post on the above subject appearing on pc. In its 2nd para a case of Sri S G Sreevastava, AAO has been cited, who has retired on 1st August, 2012. If the aforesaid date is correct, in my view, he will not be eligible for revision of pension on the revision of pay scales effective from 1st August, 2012. This is because of the fact that on that date he is not an in-service employee but a retiree.
