LIC south central zonal office has decided to allow deduction towards mediclaim premium from pensioners in three installments ie december 2015, january 2016 and february 2016 pension amounts payable if the pensioner so desires. The earlier provision was two installments. The pensioner can pay the full amount towards mediclaim premium in one installment on or before 31 march 2016 in case he does not want the premium to be deducted in installments.
