In his letter to Shri KML Asthana, Shri Chhabra admits of "hostilities" between him and Shri Asthana. "The pensioners are apprehensive that our mutual friction may harm our case in the Supreme Court. I am very clear that we are not in for any upmanship in the court and will attempt to fill your gaps there. Still, it is the need of the hour that we send the right type of signals across the country that we are united in our fight," writes Shri Chhabra while inviting Shri Asthana, Zonal President, to visit their Panchkula Unit and meet the members, other retirees living in and around Panchkula.
