B.D.Bhargava: According to me what is ailing our judiciary is it adjourning the cases every now and then. If a limit is put on adjournments things will drastically improve.

k.bhaktavatsala rao: The Supreme Court has taken only six months time to decide the validity of NJAC and 99th constitutional amendment. The short time may be because of the future of the Judges is involved. Where as the case of age old pensioners, they require so much of time and many more adjournments..still it is hanging in the air. Quick justice required for ordinary people like us also.If the Judges think of this point also, our case will be decided at the earliest atleast before some more deaths of pensioners take place.
