JM Aboobucker: But for the IA of Mr Murty, LIC wd have slept over the issu till 23-9-15. By his IA the SC has been informed of the intransigent and callous attitude of LIC and the SC has rightly whipped up the matter by hauling up the LIC and admonished it of the impending Contempt of Court.
Thanks to the efforts of Mr Murty the Kumbkarna has awakened from his deep slumber as could be heard from the flurries in the CO following the SC Order.
The other respondents of the CAs would have simply condescended to the situation helplessly till 23-9-15. Now at least one Respondent has registered its protest in the matter before the SC which made the SC to issue the latest "HOT" Order.
