From aiipa circular no 8 dt 14th sept. it is observed that they are only for neutralisation of dr for pre Aug 97 retirees. Upgradation of pension for post Aug 97 retirees is not reiterated. Why? Are they satisfied with 100% da neutralisaton? We want clarification from them.
