Chronicle although
our Counsels may be aware
but yet worth reading which will help to
refresh their memory as after all forgetfulness
in a busy schedule and
the mind refuses to
get tuned on the occasion is some thing
happening to
everybody and as truly an adage
says even an elephant some times falls.
We hope that on the SC final hearing we do not allow any more slip
between the cup and the lip and our defense and argument is fine tuned
and strong enough to get a favorable judgment
