Regarding IA dated

We
are glad to note that atleast an IA has been filed now and the Hon Judges of SC have
ordered the LIC to pay the pension as per the impugned court order. Because of this 14 Days time will expire on 21-09-2015 which is
actually a welcome step since it proceeds the date of next hearing namely
23-09-2015. The LIC will be in a fix to settle our demand before this date. Otherwise they will incur contempt of supreme court. We all eagerly await to see how
the LIC disposes our demand before 21-09-2015.
