MVV's statement thought-provoking

Mr MVV’s statement is very thought-provoking. Particularly, the second paragraph of his elucidation needs to be seriously examined as it seems that there is much difficulty in solving the problem. I would suggest a few points for everyone’s consideration.

1: On 23rd, we shall try to ensure that the court verdict will be applicable to all pensioners (I, II, III, IV and family pensioners).
2: If uniform DA and revision of pension are upheld by the court, let LIC make payment with uniform DA and updated pension (even with faulty calculations).
3: After that, a situation will arise where the existing class III and IV unions will also join hands with our pensioners’ associations for the benefit of their pensioner members as well to get the calculations of LIC corrected.

Then LIC will not be able to contain that pressure with its faulty calculations and will be compelled to take correct steps.

I think the calculations challenged in the court will not yield much result at this stage.
