Dear Editor,

LIC's Miscellaneous Petition was to REVOKE the 20 July Order and permit withdrawal of 20% from the deposit.

Having failed in the attempt for a second time, the Sr counsel got an observation added twisting our plea of non-applicability of the SC Order in so far as it applies to withdrawal of 20% from the deposit.

That part of the Order dated 16 Sept is therefore of no consequence. No one need to have any apprehensions on that score. If LIC tries to take any advantage of the same, we have clear plans to turn the tables on LIC once again.

LIC has to save its skin on 23 Sept anyway, for the so called compliance of the SC Order of 7 Sept, which is nothing short of bungling by a desperate Corporate giant.
