JM Aboobucker: The Urgent action of LIC to make "some" payment to the Petitioners of Jaipur and to the truncated list of members of Mr GNS is no doubt the result of SC Order dt.7-9-2015 which is the result of the thoughtful filing of IA in the SC complaining of non-compliance of its order dt 7-5-2015 though the benefit is not flowing to the P & H Petitioners due to LIC's 20% withdrawal application from out of the amount already deposited by LIC.
At the fag end of the time limit given by SC to LIC, Mr Asthana has awakened and written to the Chairman of LIC asking for compliance of SC Order dt.7-5-15 relating to 20% of arrears due to Upgradation.

SDSarma: Sh.Aboobuckerji, perhaps kmla realised that he may not get IR, if he keeps quiet. Hence the letter to LIC. Of course he wrote letter for himself only ignoring the other petitioners of Jaipur. That too after 7-9-2015. Hence the explosion in Rajasthan, Jaipur.
