God bless Sh. Hegde

Dear Editor,

I have read second post from Sh. B.S. Hegde on your blog today evening and find nothing new substance except that he is not happy with latest supreme court order dated 07.09.2015 as the same has not been secured by his Guru.

Sh. Murty who was present in advocate's gallery at supreme court on 07.09.2015 has told entire LIC Pensioners Community that advocate Sh. R.K.Singh tried his level best for I.A. hearing to be adjourned or deferred and this attempt by Sh. R.K.Singh took place when Justice Deepak Misra had already started dictating an order in favor of Petitioners of chandigarh high court. It is also reported that Sh. R.K.Singh Action annoyed Justice Deepak Misra.

I fail to understand that despite knowing all these facts  Sh. Hegde still says NO NO and Sh. R.K. Singh never opposed IA.

Sh. Hegde even knows that Sh. R.K. Singh did so despite being told by AIRIEF President to support said IA. Sh. R.K.Singh is getting his legal fees from AIRIEF President and surprising that R.K.Singh is not ready to obey AIRIEF President.

As already said, Sh. Hegde is not ready to see writing on the wall which is very loud and clear due to his personal compulsions and as such I can only feel sorry for him.

In case Sh. Hegde can not see any merit in IA filed by Sh. Murty and latest supreme court order dated 07.09.2015,what can be done by us and as such we assume that all questions being raised by him are valid and genuine.

LIC played mischief by not even depositing D.A Amount payable to pre 01.08.1997 retirees correctly and when Sh. Murty tries to expose LIC at supreme court for this gross violation of supreme court order dated 07.05.2015, said action is termed by Sh. Hegde as kite flying. Sorry. God bless Sh. Hegde.

Regards,
