subbu: I asked for one more commutation at age 75 just for the fact, my dear colleagues, it will be a consoling factor who are post -97 retirees and by pursuading LIC to extend this to all pensioners the Assns which plead only for DA neutralisation can boast of pleading something for other members too, who possibly outnumber those pre 97 pensioners.
