I endorse sri Gangaraju. But what about the brain drain. Is it exodus. So also F.D.I S & Make in India slogan..I would like to sympathise with the L.I.C pensioners who did not get the TPA Cards.

subbu: How dare u say Mr.Ramakrishnan C, that during wage revisions, a pensioner has not done any work. God forbid, u did not ask whether they did any work when they were in service.

Pareto's principles suggest, in any field of activity , 20 % of people do 80% of the jobs. U may apply this principle anywhere, u will find it is revealing. This means that in converse, 80% do only 20% But they receive equal pay nevertheless. Is it ethics then? However, ur qn is well received and in case (and most probably too) the pensioners lose, there is always a person to offer them solace.

Again, Ramakrishnan Sir, pl see the total NPA with all the PSUs. 20% of top borrowers have amongst them 80%.

JM Aboobucker: Mr Ramakrishnan is expressing a divergent view of the Pensioners Demands. Certainly the MOF/GOI counsel will get a good point for arguing his case in SC. Wish they do not see this write-up.

subbu: Aboobucker Sir ! My good friend who has been an ED shares the view of Ramakrishnan. These are mainly left brain people. They always need a rule book which they will follow logically. Only creatives are the ones who use their right brains, see a light at the end of the tunnel. U ask Ramakrishnan Sir ! If ur argument is OK, then how Govt. pensioners get that updation? Do  govt.pensioners work after retirement?

PerumalmaruthuMr Mitra seems to be blissfully ignorant of the Nakara Case and other Judgments of the SC! Strangely, he too is a Pensioner!

karunakaran: Even the great Union Leaders and the well placed Management Experts do not know or do not even bother about the Nakara Case.

Demand for a hike in pension after every wage revision? I do know why they have to pay similar salary for persons recruited in different years. Let our friends revisit this anomoly first.

The editor has to start tutorials to our friends about Salary, increment, DA, wage hike, Nakaras case etc. so that our friends and Bank Union leaders may join the class.
