In continuation of my Post this morning, I wish to report as follows:
We were ready this morning to file an Interim Application in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, on behalf of the Chandigarh Petitioners in CA No 6995 of 2013. I got a call this afternoon from Mr Jay Savla, the Advocate, regarding a certain contention in the Application and the prayer related to the same. He was keen on rephrasing the paragraph, not to take chances. It was a sort of fine-tuning.
We have since finalized the same to our mutual satisfaction. Consequently the IA will be filed tomorrow morning with NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES along with copy of the Application.
Will communicate the purpose of the IA as well as its essential implications tomorrow, as soon as the actual fling is done. Please bear with me and the Chandigarh Petitioners for a day more.
