The S.C proceedings will start within a month. All the while all are busy with the ad interim measure of 20% payment.
All are very silent on the measures the case managers have to take up on the remaining part of the S.C order relating to Condonation of Delay sought by the GOI as also on the special Leave Petitions.
The S.C order said our Counsels to undertake to file Counter Affidavits within 6 weeks,Rejoinder Affidavits with in 4 weeks. Further the parties are at liberty to file addl. documents and those which are already filed be taken on Record. Can any one throw some light on the Home Work to be done by the Case Managers as per this Order. Who did what. Can any one assure that the case and the cause
of the POST AUGUST 97 PENSIONERS for UPDATION will be pressed and pursued in right earnest at the Apex Court .
