Information of Pension Funds under RTI
Union Bank of India is avoiding / denying to provide under RTI
information of its Pension Corpus. We are,therefore, compelled to
escalate few complaints to the level of Second Appeals to the Public
Information Commission.
We forward herewith a recent decision of the Public Information
Commission against ICICI Bank in the identical matter. This decision is
provided to us by Shri J.P.Shah, a Consumer & RTI Activist.
