Dear Sir,

In July 2011 SC pronounced judgment setting up a special investigation team to probe sources of black money and take steps to bring it back.

In April 2014 SC pulls up the Government for not complying with its July 2011 order. It says 
"In the name of review petition you ( Government ) do not carry out our orders. This is nothing but contempt of court "

Can something like this happen when the bench sits to hear on 12 NOV to hear the tied Civil cases where earlier court orders were blatantly ignored ?
