Consumer Price Index 2001=100

Previousy while deriving the number of  DA slabs, we could calculate it very easily as the measuring stick was 4 points rise or fall for every slab (1960=100).

What is the measuring stick now for consumer price index 2001=100 ?

Can any one enlighten ?
