THE UNCERTAINTY

After going through the hullaballoo created out of the 
Judgment of justice Chauhan, I feel if only the AIRIEF 

had impleaded themselves as one of the parties to the 

original writ petition filed by Mr. Astana and others much 

of these uncertainties could have been set at rest. Will 

anybody clarify.
