Nobody hears his voice !
FOR CONSIDERATION OF LEADERS OF LIC PENSIONERS ASSOCIATIONS/ FEDERATIONS FOR AN EARLY JUSTICE TO ALL LIC PENSIONERS
Myself being a recent entrant to community of LIC Pensioners already fighting a very long battle since almost 1998 for their Pension Upgradation and change of D.A. Formula for pre 01.08.1997 retirees, I give below a humble suggestion for their immediate consideration and compliance for an early justice to all of them.
1. Formation of immediately A United Front/Coordination Committee of Presidents/Seceratries and other main All India Office Bearers of All LIC Pensioners Unions / Associations / Federations for launching of A Unified Legal Battle now onwards.
2. Filing of IA containing A Prayer in Supreme Court clubbing of all the three SLPs of LIC against verdicts of three HCs namely Jaipur, Chandigarh and Delhi as well as granting of a very early hearing keeping in view of advanced age of majority of LIC Pensioners.
