WRIT PETITION FILED FOR INCREASE IN PENSION WITH EVERY WAGE REVISION.

Reports are reaching us from Allahabad that a writ petition has been admitted by a Allahabad High Court  Bench after hearing arguments whether LIC comes under Industrial Dispute Act for the purpose of pension or not.  The Bench rejected the arguments placed by the Additional Solicitor General and the Advocate for LIC in this matter.

 

It is intended through this Writ Petition to press for updation of pension with every wage revision.  Details are awaited.
