What's this controversy about? Sri Sridharan's is a simple letter forwarding Delhi High Court judgement. He has requested LIC to implement the court orders because 'No DR discrimination' is the prayer in his writ petition allowed by Delhi High Court. He has reminded about Board resolution as it is a point LIC should be reminded about. And notification? It is his desire that the pensioners should get the benefit with notification or otherwise. If the Supreme Court dismisses SLP, that's fine. Then we can demand implementation and say no notification is necessary. Atleast, not now!
