CHANDIGARH CASE, 'GNS', 'LICPENSIONERSCALICUT'......

I HAVE JUST COME TO KNOW FROM SHRI SN CHHABRA
THAT THE WRIT PETITIONS FILED IN CHANDIGARH HC
HAVE BEEN ALLOWED ON 9TH OF THIS MONTH
ACCEPTING MAINLY THE ARGUMENTS IN THE JUDGMENT
IN THE CASE OF KRISHNA MURARI LAL ASTHANA VS UOI
AND OTHERS.

THE SAME RELIEFS HAVE BEEN GRANTED. DETAILS
AWAITED.

- KML ASTHANA

REGARDING 'GNS'

My dear friends
Simply do not worry about GNS. Now that Punjab and Haryana HC also is expected to announce its pronouncement confirming Jaipur judgement we need not worry at all.
Rectification of DR formula is not an issue now. It is upgradation of basic pension (the issue).
GNS request for transfer of petition to SC was dismissed in 2009.
For that matter even LIC is ready for implementing DR portion of the judgement.
Fortunately Justice Bhandari's judgement is common. It must be implemented in full.
The very clause or that particular portion of PROSPECTIVE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF BOARD RESOLUTION IS GONE...  THIS ASPECT HAS NOT BEEN CONTESTED BY LIC.
12TH DECEMBER WE WILL SEE LIC IN TRUE COLOURS.
My enquiries to all our friends known to me at Kozhikode.
0n 30-11-2012 either the petition will be dismissed or may again direct Delhi HC to dispose of the petition at the earliest. Delhi HC adjourned the petition of GNS always enquiring the latest status of Jaipur judgement
Thanking you
 SATYANARAYANA MURTY CHINTALACHERUVU.
'LIC PENSIONERS CALICUT'

Dear Sir,
It’s a pleasure to go through your blog as well as the comments of the followers like Mr. Krishnan, Mr. K Gopalan and many more.
We, the pensioners may exchange our views through your blog in a convenient manner.
A number of activists in the matter of pensioners welfare are contributing in various ways. I hope this type of platform would be very useful for knowledge sharing and also for resolving pensioners grievances in various areas.
I congratulate you for this initiative and wish all the success.
Regards,
MP Agnihotri, Bhopal.
