The contempt petitions above-mentioned were listed before this court
on 19th April, 2012,
when the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass the
following order:-
“ Issue Notice.
The personal appearance of the alleged contemnors respondents is dispensed
with for the time being”.
Whereas your attendance is necessary to answer a charge of contempt of
this
Court as alleged in the Contempt Petitions.
You are hereby required to appear either through counsel or in person
before
this court at New Delhi on 09.07.2012 at 10.30 o clock in the forenoon.
You shall attend the court either through counsel or in person on
09.07.2012
and shall continue to attend the
Court on all days thereafter to which the case
against you stands adjourned and until final orders are passed on the
charge
against you.
